The way it works is this, The DNC and only the DNC can name a replacement for Hillary. It is strictly up to the party. It will not be Bernie. These are the party rules.
Assange has promised some “teaser” leaks starting this week. Maybe Hillary knows what will be leaked and is preparing the public for leaving the race for health reasons.
I see a lot of comments about the paranoia of who would replace Hillary under such a scenario. But honestly, knowing that Hillary would never be POTUS might be worth taking that chance.

The Republican and Democrat parties are private not public entities. They are free to replace candidates any time they choose. It isn’t up to Congress or anyone else to make that decision. So in this case if Hillary had to be replaced, even at this late date, The Democratic National Committee would meet and choose one.
