Oddly it looks like a long object gets ejected from the back of her pant leg. Higher up than the cuff. Does not look like the shoe but maybe. Did a heel fly off her shoe?

It wasn’t her shoe. I have no idea what it was, but my goodness do I smell something horrible from a long way off. I may have just had my appetite ruined.

They zoomed in on it and you can see it. Image resolution is very good nowadays.

She usually wears flats, so I don’t think so.

Clearly falls from inside her pant leg.
The MIL has some neurologic disorder. Docs can’t decide if it’s Parkinsons or not. She wears these braces similar to polio braces, without them she she cannot walk at all. Maybe Hillary is wearing something like that and and one broke. It’d explain her going down face first like that.
