Hopefully, this trend is not just statistical noise and it will be the beginning of the end for the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua.

I think its permanent. Trump’s lead is widening.

Obviously the Deplorables gaffe and Hillary’s Healthgate have yet to sink in with voters.

Like I said, if this race was tight before, Trump is beginning to pull away.

Its over.

I don’t know if she really has pneumonia or not but I know she’s going to use this to go to ground in order to stall Trump’s momentum. Trump needs to delicately smoke that badger out of its hole and force it to fight for its life every day between now and the debates.

That leaves 12.4% undecided, Libertarian, and Green. Hillary needs 3% more of those voters than Trump gains - a very big challenge. Trump just has to stay on message, so he doesn’t lose his current support, and let Hillary self-destruct. [Note: I am pretending that this poll is both accurate and representative of swing states.]

Hillary’s tragic flaw seems to be taking her down, just like in a Greek tragedy. Hubris, her overwhelming pride in her own ability to make all decisions for herself and for everyone else, led to her and her campaign falling flat in public. I pray that her campaign will never recover. I sincerely hope she will recover, just not in time to endanger our country by taking power.

Hillary’s campaign is dead.

I mean - everything we see reminds us how bad a candidate the woman truly is and its being reflected in the polls.

And you can’t resuscitate a political corpse.

Democrats will vote for the corpse of Hillary Clinton before they’ll vote for Donald Trump. This fight is nowhere near decided.

There’s zero enthusiasm for her.

In various state polls, she’s getting around 35% - which is the same number of people who trust her.

Her room for electoral growth is non-existent.

Hillary killed her own candidacy due to her covetousness, secretiveness and plain human stupidity.

There is no fight when one candidate is absent from the race.

How bizarre would that be? The dead voting for the dead.

How come RCP doesn’t put this poll in their averages?

Don’t think I saw it the last time I checked!

Things are moving in the right direction but the margins are still too close for me to share your optimism. The Democrats have electoral vote advantages that can’t be overcome with narrow margins. Fact is, if she’s weakened, he needs to press her hard. If she’s simply in hiding, he needs to press her hard.

If they're lying about her, they're lying about him.

That's what independent voters now understand.

Trump wins!!

He’s got N.Y. and Pa., just to name a two, BLUE states now in competition, so you need to not be so gloomy. Also, the old Dem fraud machines aren’t what they once were; at least the N.Y. state one is on its last legs.

Trump is ahead in FL and OH and I expect him to be ahead soon in PA and in VA.

Basically, the election is now Trump’s to lose.

He is running a confident and dynamic campaign and he will become our next President on November 8.

Eventually, the polls will reflect the new reality.

Oh I think she has pneumonia, but the underlying disease is Parkinson’s which has also led to dementia. She’s cooked. The real question is what does the DNC do from here.

It’s uncharted territory for a non-incumbent Republican to be up this much in polls this late in the game. I’m started to think we have a historic landslide possible.

He just has to keep doing what he’s doing. If he adds VA and PA to FL and OH he can start poaching other states.

Hillary’s real numbers must be in the tank since there is speculation the DNC would like to dump her for someone electable.

If she still had a chance you wouldn’t hear of it.

Trump has learned from his mistakes and is running a professional and disciplined campaign. He has matured as a human being and has grown impressively as a candidate.

There is no one with his stature in American politics. Only Ronaldus Magnus was far greater.

We’re witnessing something we haven’t seen for a long time in America. And Trump has a movement behind him.

Agree with all of this, it’s the great push back against the global elite.

I’m sure all of the insiders have known of her condition and have been waiting to see how it played itself out. If she was competetive they’d still be covering it up. If she was tanking and there was no public episode, they wouldn’t have their excuse. Now, she’s losing AND the toothpaste is out of the tube. They have to replace her but I doubt she’ll go quietly.

We saw Ronald Reagan mature in worldly politics, but Donald Trump has been, mostly quietly yet surely, coached in literally evangelical ideas — the heart of God towards a world whose people He would far prefer to save than condemn forever. God trumps (pun possible) the world when the two are set face to face.

The world has a way of talking about God, but it only goes so far (and so did Ronald Reagan). It will not get into the uncomfortable specifics about lost souls needing divine help. The political left tells those souls that government can be their saving god (which never works); the political right brusquely orders those souls to behave themselves but otherwise does not get involved. If God’s hand of blessing is on Donald, we can expect to see a marvelous middle in which the most caring aspects of the church universal will be invited into the spotlight.
