If both Hillary and Kaine were to be impeached after election, isn’t the Speaker of the House—Nancy Pelosi—next in the line of succession?

No, it’s Paul Ryan.
It’s just odd how everyone stays quiet. It’s almost like a scripted deal...she wins...she gets impeached out with Kaine (only because he knew six months ago about her condition and did nothing).
The fact that she has these seizures on a regular basis, and there are witnesses....yet no one stops her or says anything.
Has to be some kind of inside deal going on.

Only if the Demagogues were to re-take a majority in the House on Nov. 8, which even the worst projections don’t seem to predict.
Paul Ryan is, and while he would be a very disappointing promotion to POTUS he’d be better than Pelosi, one hopes.
