Remember the Tribe-Olson opinion on McCain?

Yeah, it's fuzzy, Panama was a protectorate (subject to US jurisdiction) and his US citizen parents were sent there by the US government.

I'd just as soon he wasn't.

Was Ted Cruz a natural born citizen?

HELL no, he wasn't even born here. And his father was a Cubanadian®. (as is he)

You didn't ask, but Rubio, Mia Love and Jindal are all anchor babies. I don't care which party they come from.

We should be able to come up with super-patriot Constitutional Einsteins who are both born here, and to citizen parents. It didn't used to be all that far-fetched.

(See: Eligibility...virtually all previous Presidents)

They used both jus sanguinis and jus solis to qualify him as a NBC

Did you miss the part about Obama in the Tribe-Olson opinion? Or the resolution issued by the Senate? S.Res. 511 (110th): A resolution recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen

HELL no, he wasn't even born here. And his father was a Cubanadian®. (as is he)

So how can you say the issue is resolved? It is not. We have 300,000 anchor babies born to illegal aliens annually. They receive birthright citizenship. Are they eligible to be President?
