CNNs Jake Tapper asked New Jersey Governor Chris Christie on State of the Union on Sunday morning about the supposed contrast between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in their responses to the explosions Saturday in New York, editing out Clintons reference to bombings to create a false distinction.
Tapper cited Trump referring to a bomb in New York, then played a clip of Clinton criticizing him for saying that leaving out Clintons reference, seconds before, to what she called bombings.
Here is the Tappers question for Christie, with the edited Clinton clip:
Tapper: There is a contrast, I would say, between how youre speaking about it and how Mr. Trump spoke about it yesterday. Hes being criticized for talking about the New York bomb before local officials or local law enforcement had a chance to do so. He told the Colorado Springs crowd that a bomb went off in New York, and nobody knows exactly whats going on thats really just a few minutes after the incident. And his opponent tried to draw a contrast. She waited hours later, until local officials spoke, and then she said this:
Clinton (clip): I think its important to know the facts about any incident like this. I think its always wiser to wait until you have information before making conclusions.
Tapper: As a general note, do you think politicians should wait until more information comes in, and should they defer to local official and investigators? Isnt that what you do as the governor of New Jersey?
Tapper made no mention of Clintons similar remark.

Yes it does say a lot. Be thankful, at most 25 people at a time, watches Tapper or Chuck Todd.
I know. Makes me sick. Thankfully we no longer need the MSM.
The News Media has stopped their lying and Bias. They thumb their nose at the American Public.
Disgusting, but not a surprise. The media has chosen to use its facilities in the service of democrats and to destroy normal people.
WHO CARES WHO said bomb first......big deal!
Aren’t you glad Trump is not the kind of weak consensus panty-waist who has to wait for Obama’s Ministry of Managed Disinformation to announce a bomb went off?
If that is all the MSM/CLINTON Propaganda Complex has to attack RONALD Trump with they are running out of issues to spin,,,,,
Obama & Hillary: We are still waiting to hear you mouth the words ‘radical Islamic terror’.....How about these words: Muslim Brotherhood subversives? Or, paid agents of Saudi Arabia?
Have you ever seen any Amish giving their rightful opinions in the MSM? Why not? Is the media bigoted against Amish and others that rarely ever get a voice?
She can barely get through her schpeel. Doped up or drunk, or both.
LOL - yes, their low numbers ARE comforting... I need to remember that..
LOL...that's 'for real', right?
Yep, it’s for real. :)
I didn’t know that Cuomo could count to 4. Now that’s real progress. It is, coincidentally, the number of years in jail he could get for his unethical, possible criminal days at HUD.
Singing “Four is the loneliest number you have ever heard”.
LOL! Too funny!
Rat boy Tapper is now playing word games.... How weak!
He attacked Trump, along with the rest of the media, for jumping to conclusions.
The media’s prime proof was Trump’s use of the word “bombings”.
Tapper attacks Trump, but minus the word since Hillary used it too.
So this little weasel is dancing around words and expects us to believe he is not a hypocrite! What a fraud!
The MSMedia have become suicide bombers: They will willingly destroy themselves in the name of their religion (Liberalism).
The media should just wear Hillary for President campaign buttons. The people see this and don’t like their lying bias - it moves people to Trump.
Next time Press is at Trump rally he should hand out the Hillary campaign stickers to them.
Bottom line: If there is a suspicious bombing or mass shooting anywhere in the West, a safe bet is to blame it on a young muslim male...you might be wrong once or twice but the odds will always be in your favor.
