Unimportant. The important thing was NOT to have HRC as either sender nor recipient. Then when they were asked to provide her emails, the searches would not find any.

But the curious thing here, to me, is how Republicans are treating this matter. It's as if they're in on the fix, all protestations to the contrary. Congress has the ability to compel testimony. And this witness is not immune from giving testimony. He is immune from prosecution for the things he might say under oath.

They have an uphill battle if they have to subpoena FBI to get unredacted documents. See video in link:
