That is really creepy. She doesn’t seem to have control over where her left eye moves.

There was an evil character in one of Steven King's novels who had exactly that characteristic. One eye seemed to be under independent control of some outside force or consciousness.

It's been so long since I was into Steven King that I've forgotten which.

It might have been in The Talisman, which he co-wrote with Peter Straub.

She may also have been desperately trying to avoid any possible camera flash, which we’re told, is one of the potential triggers for a “short-circuit”, and/or a catatonic lock-up.

It DOES look like she has disconjugate gaze when looking to her extreme right: her right eye does not seem to fully abduct. This could be a consequence or recrudescence of her previous problem for which she wore the prism glasses. I wonder if she has double vision when looking to the right.

Actually, the are at least two events with the same phone anomalies. It appears that either the phones or the entire crowd is green-screened in front of Hillary. They are also way more numerous and rambunctious than any other events.

Not sure what to believe, but something is definitely amiss. In one of the videos, a crowd member on the left raises a rock fist (horns)—not really something you’d expect to see.
