It DOES look like she has disconjugate gaze when looking to her extreme right: her right eye does not seem to fully abduct. This could be a consequence or recrudescence of her previous problem for which she wore the prism glasses. I wonder if she has double vision when looking to the right.

Did you ever notice that Illery wears her hair covering her ear when she gives a stump speech ?
Possible 'earpiece' so that she receives promts from offstage ?
Accidental (?) , or purposeful (?) because she "can't remember".. rite !

She’s supposed to have blood clots in her head right? I’m wondering if there isn’t one pressing on the muscles or nerves of that eye. My sister had four aneurysms in her head. The biggest one was on the right side of her head, close to her eye. It was pressing on the nerve, and caused her eye to turn in towards her nose. She had surgery to tie off the inner carotid artery which had been feeding that aneurysm, then had surgery to straighten her eyes. Unfortunately, five years later she developed lung cancer and died.

When I was a kid, I had a teacher who had weird eyes. He would get up close to you and one eye would look directly at you and the other would wander back and forth. I always assumed that he had a glass eye, but now I’m not so sure.
That guy was VERY creepy. He only lasted a year there.

After review of the video, per my medical opinion, she is showing nystagmus. This can occur after stroke or traumatic brain injury and can be exacerbated by bright lights.

All comments focus on the appearance of an anomaly in her eye alignment, which I also see. The only thing I have to add is that we can see that as clearly as we can because the camera was locked in on a closeup head shot to keep from showing the (lack of a) crowd.

Bilateral internuclear ophthalmoplegia in a patient with multiple sclerosis. 
(A) In primary gaze, the patient has an exotropia. (B) On attempted gaze to the right, adduction of the left eye is decreased consistent with a left internuclear ophthalmoplegia; there was an associated abducting nystagmus of the right eye. (C) On attempted gaze to the left, adduction of the right eye is decreased consistent with a right internuclear ophthalmoplegia; there was an associated abducting nystagmus of the left eye.
