That is really creepy. She doesn’t seem to have control over where her left eye moves. There was an evil character in one of Steven King's novels who had exactly that characteristic. One eye seemed to be under independent control of some outside force or consciousness.
It's been so long since I was into Steven King that I've forgotten which.
It might have been in The Talisman, which he co-wrote with Peter Straub.
