Her left eye is out of sync with the dominant right eye. Most frequently, it remains crossed (looking at her nose) when the right eye switches to straight ahead. But, there was also one occasion where it appeared to wander toward the outer corner—giving her a momentary wall-eyed look.
She does demonstrate lack of fusion on a number of instances.
Her look reminds me of the preacher character in Deadwood, brilliantly played by Ray McKinnon, who deteriorates over the course of several episodes from a brain tumor. One of his eyes gradually went off in odd directions. And he started having increasingly frequent seizures. All of it was very realistic. Watching Hillary tells me it was also an accurate portrayal of significant brain damage.
Noticed the same thing (wall eyed) during her speech/presser this morning.
