There is no really good way to “win” a situation like this. The grand sacrifice may be the wisest thing for the sake of the children, waiting for any reuniting to happen once they are of age.
I thought alimony stopped once she got married?
At $2,500 a day, that’s a whole lot longer than one week that she played her games. Of course, you can’t really tell much from the story - the judge may have rolled in some attorneys fees and interest. If it was just based on the days, she held out for about 4 months on allowing visitation - 124 days.
O’Reilly’s temper at home...
No pics?
Who would marry a spinning pinhead who’s looking out for himself?
The children are usually the emotional losers in these contested divorce cases.
She is remarried to a police detective. She was a PR Executive which is kind of vague. She could have been showing cars at the auto show in swim suite or running an office of executives. likely a mid level manager.
It is likely Bill is underwriting their lives through child support.
Bill is a very successful guy. He owns his TV show and sold the idea to FOX News. He is worth close to $100 Million and makes around $20 million in salary alone.
Regardless, his Ex-wife is and has been using the children as pawns in her dispute with him and it is not a good thing for the children.
Sorry, Cowgirl. It’s as though kids must raise one parent, or both. Glad you gave your dad a break. Sorry it couldn’t have been fair, for your sake.

If he was my dad I’d run away.
The children are often turned against one of their parents by one of the adults.
A man or woman has the right to be a parent to their children.
I betcha the minute BOR walks though his front door, the phony “populist” Schlick goes away and the elitist prick that he really is emerges...
Just my guess...
NOT GUILTY!
BOR, Shut up...10 years.
BAM!
Sure...why don't you explain the other way out of it?
Good for Bill. He may be an ass, but he is a dad. As a divorced dad, I sympathize with him in this situation.
“Always wise to force your child to see you when they dont want to and take mom to court to be fined. Builds trust and great relationships”
That was my reaction too. My dad never forced me to visit him, but he’d get really sad when I didn’t want to go with him on a weekend and I usually gave in because of that. My mom was wicked for painting him as a monster and trying to drive an emotional wedge between us. Dad and I are really close now, but the whole situation made my childhood awkward, painful and lonely. I understand well the price the children pay because of the adults’ power games.
“nothing in the law permits a child of M’s age to determine parental access”
This is such poppycock. A 17 year old person is more than able to know their mind about which parent they wish to be with. We have infantilized older teenagers to the a ridiculous degree. Years ago, many were married in their early teens and lived responsible, adult lives.
If I were that young lady, and my father took my mother to court to punish her for not forcing me to go visit with my father (assuming I did not want to go), I would cut off all relations with him for both reasons of not respecting my wishes and for punishing my mother in the legal system for defending and respecting me as a person.
The price of fame; it’s too bad this couldn’t be kept private.
I’m no particular fan of BOR, but I think his family troubles are his business.
