Costa wrote the other day on his Twitter feed that "Trump's claim that Clinton started the controversy is false".
Considering that Bill Clinton's good friend from Arkansas, Bill Gwatney [Arkansas Democratic Party State Chair, and Hillary superdelegate], got whacked by an assassin for "unknown reasons" on August 13, 2008 - just 9 days after Bill Clinton shot his mouth off to ABC's Kate Snow about how "everybody's got a right to run for president, that qualifies under the Constitution..." [referring to 0bama], and considering that the Democrat National nominating convention was only two weeks later, I would say that SOMEBODY in the 0bama campaign had "concerns" about the birtherism of the Clintons.
Word is that Big Bill was told that he was next. When that failed to dissuade him [Secret Service protection], they told him Chelsea was next on the list, then...
