I started with the article and kept seeing this wonderful new “more statistically accurate” study being cited as groundbreaking and accurate because they didn’t “use just Landline telephones or some such trash. I clicked my way through no less than 4 links to get to the references and it ends up with a 2014 Pew Research survey with catalogued responses and breakdowns of a series of inane questions (IMO). Utter horseshit.

On the first part, I have a landline AND cellphone and internet and I virtually never respond to surveys. When, in the times I deign to answer, when questions involve guns my answer is “I don’t own a single gun.”

This article is bullshit by a series of passed-on interconnected two-year old crap that some dipshit decided to make a new crazy claim about guns.

It’s not worth the bother, frankly.

“The Harvard-Northeastern survey was conducted anonymously via an online panel. The researchers told the Guardian newspaper that they did not receive any pushback from respondents about the questions, leading them to be confident in the results.”
