Back on the campaign trail after being diagnosed with pneumonia and a subsequent break from campaigning, Hillary Clinton plugged her leaking lead against Donald Trump, according to this week's NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll.
She now enjoys 50 percent support among likely voters and Trump has 45 percent support.
As the first votes have already been cast via absentee and early voting in several states across the country, the NBC News|SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Tracking Poll will now report out results using a likely voter screen instead of just registered voters. Real polls don’t swing that hard. NBC was the most consistently wrong polling outfit during the primaries. They are junk pollsters who design polls to push a media narrative.
This race seems a lot like Carter/Reagan. The Dem leading with full support from the press, calling him crazy, but with the challenger staying within striking distance. The debates may make the difference, if Trump comes off as thoughtful but confident.

You will see a similar poll from ABC News within a day or so. At least Hillary at +6 or even +8.
ABC and NBC are the leaders of the Save the RCP Poll for Hillary Team. Just look at the historical Trump vs Hillary poll at RCP and you will see that whenever that poll gets close the over the top polls favoring Hillary start rolling in.
We are at least a month away (IMHO) from a solid lasting Trump lead in the RCP poll.

The last 3 weeks before the election are the only thing the fence-straddling rubes pay attention to. Spending money on television ads before that is just wasting it, because the ones paying attention now are already committed to one side or the other.
Don’t underestimate what Trump and those with hi will be doing in the days ahead.....tmey know what they are doing, as well as when it “appears” not as some might think that they should.

Yep. An notice RCP average does not include the LA time polls with shows Trump 5 points up. RCP is cherry picking what polls they average in to the mix. I use to respect RCP. I don’t any more.

Hillary is outspending him by at least 5:1 and he's leading or tied. Gotta believe he knows what he's doing. (Although this IS a scary roller coaster ride!)
It is not included in their polling average. It is on the website but not in the polling average
Why? Because Trump has successfully framed Hillary has a crooked Establishment politician, something that most voters HATE nowadays. And unlike Hillary, who seems to running on fumes every time she has a public appearance, Trump's boundless energy is energizing voters in a BIG way.
