Few Republicans have done as much to fight the presidential campaign of Donald Trump than Joe Ricketts and his family.
But in a stunning turnaround, Mr. Ricketts has now decided to endorse Mr. Trump, and plans to donate at least $1 million to help him win the presidency in November.

Count the Ricketts family as smart conservatives that understand what is at stake in this election. I still say the vast majority of Republicans will still vote Trump or not select a candidate on the ballot.
How can any American with a lick of sense that truly thinks they are conservative think about voting for Illary? I truly could not live with myself knowing I aided a child murdering liar as our commander in chief.

Nope. Any number of things could happen that would allow O to delay the election: Hillary’s health goes really bad, or, she dies; some event where he’d declare martial law and delay/indefinitely postpone the election, etc.

obama would be facing a civil revolt we had elections during ww2, civil war etc no legitimate reason to delay the election.
He is giving not because he loves Trump but fears that he will be President.
The Rickets family should give the same amount to Trump as they
gave to the nevertrumpers. 6 million to be exact.

Heard about the Ricketts family donating a million to Trump on the radio this afternoon. The reader was filled with conflict. The Cubs are the darlings of Chicago right now so you have to have respect for Ricketts. I loved hearing it! I remember when they went after Trump during the primary and he hit back. I would guess during negotiations for the prime real estate where Trump Tower was built, Donald got a lot of information on the Chicago elite including the Ricketts.
