Back in my old hippie days we would elect a boy as a prank. He was just a regular guy, usually a jock. It was good for a laugh. Now, not so funny.

The parents of any reasonably sane girl in the queen contest would have her withdraw.
Let the boy run by himself. Do not endorse the race by attending it, voting in it, advertising it, etc.
Transgenders in HS are the new goth kids. All they really want is to rebel against societal norms. They want attention, and when they get it, they ask, “why are you looking at me?”
Lots of hormones in our environment for decades, from various sources.
Fluoride & chlorine in city water.
Newer vaccines.
Behavioral medications are rampant.
Processed food with additives like never before.

Geez, not too long ago, if some guy in high school decided to be such a jerk, the other guys would give them a good thumping. And it would not be because he was a homosexual, but because he was trying to “take away” from heterosexuals. To ruin their event.
When a homosexual ‘hits’ on another student, trying to coerce them into sex, it is just as much “sexual harassment”, as when a boy student ‘hits’ on a female student, trying to coerce her into sex.
Don’t forget SOY, if you’re looking for estrogenic foods.
