Look at the people behind her. They are watching an “Applaud Now” sign instead of listening to her. I swear that’s what it looks like to me. The clapping response is too choreographed and staccato to be anything but that.
I was thinking the exact same thing.
That is the same thing I just commented on. They looked coached to start clapping and stop clapping on cue.
