U.S. Navy sailor is under investigation for refusing to stand during the national anthem.
Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Janaye Ervin, a reservist stationed at Pearl Harbor, posted on Facebook about why she's following in the footsteps of Colin Kaepernick and others who have demonstrated against police brutality during the anthem.
"I feel like a hypocrite singing about the 'land of the free' when I know that only applies to some Americans," she wrote. "I will gladly stand again, when ALL AMERICANS are afforded the same freedom."
Ervin says she lost her security clearance and was threatened with jail by the Navy in response to her actions.

As an Intelligence Specialist, she has access to secrets.
Just offer her an "other than honorable" discharge, and get rid of her. She's no longer fit to wear the uniform, and she certainly can't be trusted in an intelligence unit.
She's not worth the effort to waste time on a bad-conduct or dishonorable discharge.

Court-martialing this twit would be a waste of time and money. Adsep her with an OTH (Other than Honorable) discharge and be done with it.

It was not yet fashionable to denounce your country while in uniform, that's why.
I disagree. She needs to be exposed as part of the hate America poison that is currently being promoted by Obama, the media and others. There needs to be consequences for her actions.
But in the upper officer corps, loyalty to the Constitution has been replaced by loyalty to Obama.
