Next time he needs to hit these two out of the park. On taxes;

I’ve been advised by my attorneys not to talk about taxes while under federal audit I can say that in the last 20 years I’ve donated over $XYZ million to various charitable organizations.
On the Birth certificate, Trump should respond, “Why ask me. Hillary and her top aide Syd Blumenthal were the ones who started that ugly rumor back in 2008. Go ask her.”
The funny thing is that Lester Holt was so biased that he actually helps Tump make the case that the system is rigged: Hillary was NOT asked about her missing emails, her illegal server, her breach of National Security, NAFTA, support for the Iraq War, Benghazi, the numerous lies that she’s told, Pay to Play at the State department, the Iran payoff or the Clinton Foundation.
Not one question about her husband: Bill ‘impeached philanderer’ Clinton or her #1 confidant Huma.
And not one question about her recent health issues or even that she doesn’t know how to drive.

And yet plenty of attack questions for Trump trying to make him look like a racist. Innuendo that he’s a racist is fine. But actual quotes from the last few weeks showing Hitlery’s hatred of over 50% of Americans is off limits for discussion.
The left love to talk about “haters” but they can’t see them in the mirror.
