I have not seen one mention of Clinton referring to trump as ""Donald" thru the debate. Disrespectful! If Trump had called her Hilliary just once he would have been labeled terrible things. Her way of dismissing and making him less significant than her the Queen.
I only watched briefly - but I saw their handshake and heard Hillary call him “Donald,” and my antennae went up, wondering how he would respond. He did call her “Hillary,” at least the first time.
Then I’d have to say he succeeded on that front.
It’s right at the end of the debate — last 15 minutes. He unleashed a particularly pointed tirade at her, and she did this little school girl squeal and a shimmy with her shoulders followed by a smug smile.

This was a toned down version of her ‘Have you tried chair tea’ spasm.
