Evidence of Felony Voter Fraud by Arcan Cetin

September 25, 2016 The Hon. Annette L. Hayes U.S. Attorney Western District, Washington State 700 Stewart Street, Ste. 5220 Seattle, WA 98101-1271

Dear U.S. Attorney Hayes: This letter seeks to direct your attention to Island County elector Arcan Cetin (State VoterID: WA010648837), (CountyID: 717293) currently registered at 1353 Orchard Loop, Oak Harbor.

As a voters’ rights organization, it is our practice to research the voting habits of individuals like Mr. Cetin, who is both a non-citizen and a registered voter. Our office has uncovered Cetin’s apparent illegal voter registration and active voting history -- although he is a not a citizen of the United States, according to statements offered by Mount Vernon Police Department Lt. Chris Cammock.

As you know, 18 U.S.C. §611 prohibits “any alien” from participating in federal elections while the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 requires individuals wishing to register to affirm their U.S. citizenship. The Washington State voter registration form also expressly notes that those unable to attest to the same shall “not complete this form.”

According to most recent data available from the Washington Secretary of State, Cetin registered to vote on September 27, 2014 and proceeded to cast and be credited for votes in the 2014 General, 2015 General and 2016 Primary. His voter registration at the time of this letter’s submission is still listed as Active, according to public records.

They used the wrong term. They said “non-citizen” instead of undocumented Democrat.

Dare we guess which party he was registered to, or would that be ‘jumping to conclusions’?

This is the 20 year old man who shot and killed five people on Friday night at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington. That information is missing in this post.

It’s only jumping if you’re wrong. Otherwise, it’s an informed estimate based on probabilistic behavior of the subject.

I have been saying for a long time that if politicians are willing to ignore our immigration laws and allow anyone to come into this country, then those same politicians who are County Supervisors of Elections are also willing to ignore our voter registration laws and allow these illegal aliens to register and vote

Killing 5 people will probably get him a few felony convictions. In a normal world, that would pull his voting rights. No way those convictions can occur before November 8th, so keeping his illegal voting butt out of the balloting process requires some up front action. He is a known Hillary support based on his Twitter activity.

You don’t have to wonder or jump to conclusions.
He tweeted his support for Clinton

Agree. There was a glaring omission in this letter. It should have asked what steps would be taken to assure that this foreign national under indictment for multiple murder will not be casting his ballot in the 2016 General Election for Hillary Clinton - as he publicly stated his intentions on social media. Cetin will (no doubt) still be warming a cot in jail when his mailed ballot arrives in October. Who is responsible for disqualifying his ballot and removing his registration?

I knew the name Arcan Cetin rang a bell but cold not remember why. He was the shooter responsible for the first degree murder of 5 people in the Mall in Washington State.

The Hispanic Muslim. /sarcasm

You actually don’t register by party in WA, so there would be no record on file.

Early reports indicated he was a citizen. No?

According to police statement to the media, Cetin is a Turk who was brought to the U.S. as a child when his mother married a Navy enlisted man while he was deployed in the region. Arcan Cetin is a permanent legal resident of the U.S., but there is no evidence that he has ever been naturalized as a citizen.

Washinngton State residents do not register by party, but we know that Cetin posted on social media: “We Win I vote for Hillary Clinton”. That is indisputable and one can reach the very logical conclusion that he voted for Clinton in the Pimary election and plans to vote for her again in the General in November.

Especially in contested states, we need to repeatedly publicize the message that non-citizens who vote will be prosecuted, imprisoned for an extended period, and then deported and barred from re-entry to our country. We need to make it expensive for them and discourage this criminal behavior.
