It’s not over ‘til the fat lady sings.
They probably did that with Gore already.
I went to a Reagan rally in October of 1980 that was much the same as a Trump rally today (even got to shake hands with RR). Anyway, a week or two later I remember watching "Washington Week in Review" on PBS, and two of the four reporters picked Carter to win. I was dumbfounded at how they could miss the enthusiasm around the country for Reagan.
So what is the new bellwether according to the Times? As Vermont goes so goes the nation?
If we lead by absentees in Fl, then Fl is gone.
Recall the ongoing criticism of Trump for not showing up in the belly of the beast? He courts black voters to an all-white audience? Did you hear any similar criticism of Hillary courting millenials to a geezer audience? To Hillary courting independents in Miami? Nope. LOL.
Back to FL ... Clinton Campaign Considers Giving Up On Florida - dcwhispers - Sept 29, 2016
And then, just yesterday, Hillary Clinton was a no-show at a planned event in Hollywood, Florida. The campaign gave no public statement regarding Mrs. Clinton's sudden absence, but perhaps it was the embarrassment of only a handful of supporters showing up and being outnumbered by Trump supporters standing just across the street
Okay, now checking my supposition ... Clinton supposedly has two rally events scheduled in Florida today ...
September 30, 2016 Fort Pierce, Florida [11:30am - 1:00pm EDT]
September 30, 2016 Coral Springs, Florida [3:30pm - 5:00pm EDT]
Both events are billed as being "at capacity."
Maybe they'll pick Quebec?
Martha Radditz will keep him in check. LOL. Chris Wallace in the third debate. He's a moron's moron.
“It raises the age old question; are the people saying this stupid, or do they think we sre?”
A two point lead does not seem like much. The internal polling must show a much larger lead for Donald Trump.
Ohio is suddenly fading in importance this year, writes Jonathan Martin, who notes that Clinton has basically conceded the state.

It was on the Social Media a few days ago that Hillary had written off Ohio. This is good news, but, with only a 2 point lead for Trump, it doesn’t make sense. Is she concentrating of Florida; a state that Trump MUST win or what? No Republican has ever won the White House without winning Ohio; doesn’t make sense that she’s giving it to Trump. I’m not complaining, however, just a little mystified.
The next thing they will do is declare election results no longer valid. 150 years ago a newspaper like this would find its offices burned down.
IOW, they will try to shape the voting as the day goes on.
Bingo!
Otherwise, when the polls close in the Eastern time zone, and the networks rush to declare the winner, Trump will probably have two to three times as many electoral votes as Hillary, because he will win Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Virginia, in spite of the voter fraud.
To be effective, voter fraud requires a high turnout by legitimate democrat voters, and their turnout models paint a very bleak picture. Obama enjoyed a +6 Democrat turnout margin. The actual data indicates that it will be at least Republican +4 for this election, as Hillary is ineffective at inspiring her base to vote.
If the media does not start "leaking" early results from states such as California and Minnesota, they fear a landslide of Reagan proportions.
20 years ago, Trump called some fat chick, "fat".
And this affects foreign policy how........?
If this is the best that Hillary! has, then I'm feeling pretty good about the election.
At least Wallace admits he’s a registered democrat.
Wallace knows that Holt looked bad the other night. I’m predicting he’ll try to do 9 difficulty exchanges with Trump but 4 level difficulty exchanges with Clint. That way he can say he asked difficult questions of both.
He’s a real weasel.
I saw my first Clinton sign here in rural southern Ohio just yesterday.
That makes it a thousand to one.
‘What worries me is that the DNC hasnt yanked her and found a replacement.’
The DNC cannot pull a candidate. The candidate must withdraw of his/her own volition. Hillary is running in part to be the first woman POTUS...but she’s also running to repay the Foundation ‘investors,’ and to stay out of prison.
Odds of her voluntarily withdrawing : 0
I would remind Hillary that Monica Lewinsky was ‘fat’ and her husband still “hit that.”
Partially true. Hillary! isn't an exciting speaker. Will be plenty of people who'd vote for her (or get paid to vote for her, or are dead and still voting for her...) that won't come out to a rally.
But you're right, to dismiss as meaningless overflow crowds and people waiting in lines for hours just to see Trump ....is wrong too. Trump generates the same enthusiasm that BO did in 2008, and we all know how that turned out.
Every 4 years, PA teases Republicans. “Wow, we might take Pennsylvania”. Then they pull the rug out from under us. If the turnout in Philadelphia is down from the turnout Obama had the past two elections, Trump could POSSIBLY win the state. I don’t think it will be as big a turnout for Hillary, but, will the amount of voter drop-off be enough?
