Use it to attack the IRS - a corrupt, politicized, fascist government organization.
No one will disagree with an attack on the IRS.
NYT is taking one for the HILLARY team!
“THEY published it. That’s a crime.”
They got away with publishing the Pentagon Papers in 1971, it just encouraged them.
The U.S. Justice Department has no jurisdiction in a case involving the release of state tax returns.
This won’t go over well with undecideds. This is very unAmerican and anti-privacy and people will blame HILLARY as they should.
Now believe used by Hillary to set up Trump during debate. Sounds like an IRS or accountant mole.
Speculation: Trump leaked this himself. To a no-name Hillary campaign staffer. That person leaked it to the NYT. There is a custody trail. This will be exposed by him. He’s that smart.
I’ll go one step farther as a follow-on to the previous post: The version Trump “Leaked” was forged. He will produce the authentic 1995 document. It will show a greater loss than the forged document. This will speak to the authenticity of what Trump releases. I think (again speculation) the Clintons and the media have been plunked. He’s that smart.
I'm really not following this train of thought ... please, explain it. Thx.
Trump was having business problems in 1995. There is nothing wrong in declaring a loss on one's tax returns, and if the loss was large, so what.
Trump Is Selling Plaza Hotel To Saudi and Asian Investors (Published: April 12, 1995)
It doesn’t matter if the NYT committed a crime as long as they can show DJT did not pay taxes.
PATHETIC!
>>. . . hes playing the media like a Stradivarius.<<
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
That’s the way I see it. And NYT no lees is doing his Press Release for him.
It seems obvious the “Leak” was deliberate. If everything had come out at once, and he paid little or no Federal income taxes, that would be the story. NOW the TIMES is EXPLAINING IT ALL IN ADVANCE.
Nice move by the campaign.
FLASH BREAKING NEWS STORY (not): Real Estate investment takes into account the Tax effects!! WHO KNEW????
When will we get it in our minds, plans, will, daily tasks.. to know, beyond any doubt... the left will do anything they can to control... they will use every underhanded and illegal means... they are not shy about being corrupt, and the meanest people in the world...
If YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES BEING FAIR AND HONEST, YOU WILL LOSE!
Even Jesus said “Look, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.”
You have got to be kidding me with that reasoning. Trump has every right to raise hell about this.
Why, of course.
Trump might not be so flippant about the Russians, too.
This means to keep an eye out to the means of God’s blessings.
And that is 100% NOT “act like the heathen.” It is 100% NOT “overcome evil with worse evil.”
What changed in 1995 was that a new Congress had been elected in 1994, with Republicans sweeping both houses. Tax rate reductions were among of the highlights of their campaign, and 1995 was one of the last years under the "old" tax regime with a top capital gains tax rate of 28%. Selling underperforming assets in 1995 would have allowed a taxpayer to capture losses that could be carried forward to future years, and even applied retroactively against capital gains taxes for up to three years at that same 28% rate.
Trump took many chances in his business ventures. Some bombed, some panned out handsomely.
Let’s go around documenting what Hillary was up to in 1995.
>>Some info on some individuals at NYT may end up passively sent to a friendly outlet.<<
As long as the internet is available, names, addresses, phone numbers, house pictures, etc. are also available.
>>Do they have no fear?<<
None, because the law doesn’t apply to them. At least they think so.
BTW, I think it is a great thing to avoid paying taxes. Evertbodd should take Harry Reid’s advise: “Taxes are voluntary.”
Absolutely no comparison between Trump’s tongue in cheek asking for Hillary’s missing emails and the NYT actually committing a crime by releasing a private citizen’s tax returns info.
