As I was at first. As I understand it now, the personal address scheduled to occur from the balcony of the Ecuadoran Embassy is cancelled. What will (supposedly) now occur is a video announcement from Berlin.

He did not cancel anything
He was supposed to announce it from his balcony. Then he said he was all skeered about that. So he switched to doing it by video.
That was the story at 9am EDT. So I don’t think that’s changed.
Assange is a moving target now.....last I heard Berlin was the selection....we’ll just have to see. Anyone asssiting in this likely a target as well which is why Assange has many times mentioned it matters who agrees to be a part of this.
