I was only following along on the live thread. Not watching it on television or listening on radio. The negative reactions of Freepers alone, drove me off the thread.
Kaine is DEPLORABLE!
I’m not watching .. don’t intend to.
I know who Mike Pence is; a wonderful, smart, committed Christian man. He’s done wonders as Governor of Indiana. He was a great congressman; and he has always had a super reputation for being a straight shooter.
His record as Governor, was the reason Trump selected him.
As for Kaine; I always thought he was gay .. that’s just my opinion. I just don’t like the guy. And, he doesn’t have any better reputation than Hillary; two peas in a pod. I consider them double-trouble.
The mute button works well on Kaine.
Somehow that tactic worked for Biden four years ago.

Snarky?? Frankly he acted like a ‘sissy’ boy. He is VERY effeminate and attempts to hide the fact behind his bullying persona. Talk, interrupt, and the Lyn’ ILLary has rubbed off on him as well. All in all, a deplorable individual.
I was mostly just listening to the debate while doing some work, but when I looked up at the screen I was so struck by what a smarmy a-hole Kaine looked like.
Pence’s bemused expressions were priceless!
Just based on the personalities on display I can’t see how this wouldn’t be seen as a big plus for Trump.
....Plus add some massive voter as well.
Kaine looks like Crazy Guggenheim with Tourette’s.
Comments? How about RAGE? Kaine needed someone to hit him in the mouth with a baseball bat. For every word Pence was allowed to say, Kaine had 1000. All I could think of was STFU!
But if it was part of the contract, I'm surprised the Clinton's didn't just have him ... mugged-and-shot-without-taking-his-wallet before the contract had to be executed. He is really, really, really offensive even before he speaks. As I said on another thread ... Hillary is more evil, but hides it better from the ignorant. Even the ignorant must find this guy creepy.
I would think even a gay child molester would be scared to be locked in a room with this guy.
Howard Dean vs Bob Dole. I love Pence but Kaine ran circles around him. Pence was either too slow to respond or did not know how to defend against the Trump attacks.
I was only listening to it on the radio and it was so bad I had to turn it off also. I can’t imagine how bad it must’ve been to watch it on TV. That Kaine was just a rude ass!

Gay?? Yes, he does appear to have those characteristics. And his bullying persona does NOT cover them. It only makes him more despicable.

Too much so. Too polite and deferential. Flat presentation. Seemingly afraid to express emotion. Uses non-confrontational phrases and expressions. Said “ I have deep respect for Senator Kaine” one too many times.
I only lasted about 10 minutes.
