Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) lost badly to Indiana Gov. Mike Pence in Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate — despite having home field advantage in Farmville, Virginia — raising new doubts about Hillary Clinton.
Those doubts are twofold: first, about her decision to choose so weak a candidate, who seemed unable to answer basic policy questions; and second, about Clinton’s health, since if her medical troubles are as bad as feared, Kaine may be taking over at some point if she is elected.
Kaine could not stop interrupting Pence, at times sounding high-pitched and shrill, at times whining and defensive. Pence was cool and even-tempered — presidential, in other words, while Kaine seemed to be playing cable news pundit.

It’s truly disgusting ..... personally, I’d just as soon DC annex Northern VA, but then you’re still left with Bobby Scott’s district which includes most of Richmond, all of Portsmouth, along with most of the black-majority areas of Norfolk, Hampton and Scott’s home in Newport News. Scott’s district was made even ‘safer’ under Obama so it’s hard for Virginia to go conservative in elections.
You should see the current race for Mayor in Richmond (where Timmy Kaine got his start). Scumbag Joe Morrissey is running and has a lead ..... then again, after Omuslim was elected twice and the felonious ILLary is the Dem nominee for president, nothing in politics should surprise me.

Yes, it’s from the 60’s Saturday morning cartoon series ‘Johnny Quest’..............
At one time, Jonny Quest was on ABC’s prime time schedule. It was on Thursday nights on ABC in 1964 or 1965 as I recall.
Jonny Quest and The Flintstones are rare examples, of cartoons being on a major network prime time schedule.
I remember that show. I liked it. Those were the days.

Now we have The Simsons, the longest running prime time TV show in history, 28 years!
Tied for second place is Gunsmoke, Law & Order and SOUTH PARK at 20 years.

Musical score is better than most movies nowadays IMO.
Carving out “safe” majority-black districts in Georgia has largely backfired for Democrats, leaving them a permanent 9-3 minority among House members and giving state Republicans a super majority in the state legislature. It’s been something of an unholy alliance between black Democrats and white Republicans for the benefit of both.

Oh! I ate it up big time! Loved Johnny Quest! I grew up with three brothers, with 4.5 years difference between the oldest and youngest of we four. I remember so enjoying our Saturday morning cartoon run, and especially loved Johnny Quest!
