Clinton could no more change what she has been than she could change the size of her shoe. As a politician, she is fixed in amber much as a prehistoric dragonfly. Extreme precautions were taken against her fainting or having a spastic event or coughing seizure or having her eye wobble. All of which have previously been observed in her deliberately limited number of public appearances and all of which are solid evidence of a sickness she dishonestly hides from us. I'm certain for the debate she was pumped with enough drugs to raise a corpse temporarily to life.
And, it must be mentioned, there are photos of Hillary showing quite clearly she was wearing a communications device similar to what George Bush wore some years ago. I don't know why the debates are not free of such gimmickry, but clearly they are not.

A good friend, in discussing my disappointment with the debate, did offer an interesting perspective, saying that Trump might have said just enough in generalities to buoy his supporters and would-be supporters, who of course do not all think in the same terms or expect the same details. I hope so. What this world needs more anything is an American leader who is not Clinton, a woman who was recorded saying about the destruction of Libya she helped engineer and direct as Secretary of State and about the assassination of a decent leader who kept his country out of war and supplied his people with everything from free health care to education, “We came, we saw, he died. Ha, ha, ha!”
We indeed have little to lose in giving someone a chance to start at least a few things over again. I am not even certain that is possible, given the heavy shadow of America’s massive, unelected security and military establishments, but it is worth a try. In terms of the hundreds of thousands killed and countries torn apart under Obama and Clinton, the world has a great deal to gain by some change.
And if that is not possible under the American political system, I think the genuinely dark thing America has become, an immensely well-armed bully and thief who lies about every act, is what we are all fated to suffer under until its eventual and inevitable decline. It is the Obamas and Clintons - pretending to liberalism while expending their total energy on killing and destabilizing and pushing others around in hopes of custom-molding the lives of the planet’s many peoples, an activity much resembling the way a psychopath toys with victims before killing them - that quite possibly will bring us to a nuclear holocaust with Russia and/or China.

Let’s not whitewash Khadaffi. Remember Lockerbie. Toward the end he did seem to be waking up to a degree. That may have actually been his undoing. The Clinton cronies need a Khadaffi. Do we deserve better? Perhaps not. We have abandoned God and our constitution, what did we suppose would happen? Certainly there are some Americans who still believe in America’s founding principles but precious few children go to church or learn the miracle of our nation.
Why go for the kill in the first of three debates? Trump is playing a game of chess that is so far above the level these political pundits have ever seen. Trump hasn’t gotten here by luck or even chance, and yet they all seem to think that is the case. Which of course is why they are all grasping at straws to figure out why he won. They continually fail to see who he he really is, an extremely smart and clever person. Just shows how completely clueless they really are.

Seriously? My lovely grandchildren DO deserve better. So do I, and so do all those who shed their blood to bring this nation into existence and keep it here along the way.
Government's real role is to maintain a national environment favorable to economic activity with fair regulation and taxation and avoidance of frivolous or vexatious legislation, and it must avoid totally counterproductive burdens like wars. It must also avoid favoritism and special interests. It must do what is necessary maintain the nation's essential infrastructure from roads and bridges to broadband and airports. And it must assure that education and justice flourish. But the American government for years has done none of these things, and that is what exhausts the American people and much of the world.

My point is that as a whole, Americans have created the mess we find ourselves in. My children and your grand children do deserve better but liberal social policies have destroyed the American family and the American dream. While you and your family personally may deserve better, collectively as a country we can only blame ourselves for the situation we find ourselves in.
That’s not “Natural Law.” And whatever word you choose to add to it, such as “economics,” makes your statement even less meaningful. As if such is possible, comrade.

Pretty much this is over. Trump won.
As a whole true, the “country” can only blame itself in a manner of speaking. But I blame the elected officials who are mostly corrupt.
The American people, probably up to about the 70’s, were for the most honest and hard-working. Being so they believed the rhetoric the politicians spewed out and voted their conscience. Not because they needed a handout, or had an agenda.
That said I believe the good, REAL, hardworking, honest Americans got shafted/hypnotized/whatever and once they woke up and looked around it was chaos. The liberal media is also a huge part of the problem and the main vein used to mislead.

I know it feels that way, but never underestimate the Clintons. Look at the blatant, in your face corruption of every established institution and the collision of the media and ask yourself if the democrats are participating in an open election, and just hoping they come out on top.
I remember the “Pledge” was the start of the school day (in my day). Taking that away, then where is the pride in our nation.

Being honest and hard working are both great traits and admirable, but they are not enough, voting your conscience isn’t enough either. A lack of education about our constitution, our country’s laws, morality and basic education is how we ended up in this mess. People weren’t ‘hypnotized” they bought into a bill of goods that they were too ignorant to recognize for what it was. The liberal media would have no ability to influence anyone if Americans really understood the country and its laws. If you ask many high school students what kind of government we have, 9/10 will tell you we have a democratic government, not a representative republic.
