It is The LORD who raises up and brings down rulers. They cannot do it to themselves. In The Bible it is very clear, over and over, that when God's people knew they needed Him to do something big and very important they reached His ear and His heart by fasting and praying. Then He moved over the situation.
When we fast and pray we take our eyes off from worldly influences, even our own flesh, and put our hearts and eyes upon God. It is our way of showing Him that we acknowledge that He is God and that we believe in Him and His ability to change this world as no one else can do.
He is The Power. Nothing good can be accomplished without Him. He wants to see that we believe in Him and His chosen way for us to prove to Him that we are putting Him first in an important situation is to fast and pray to Him. Ask Him in detail for the things we hope for from Him and need.
When we fast and pray we should take time to be still before Him and acknowledge that He is God. We should confess to Him the ways that we and also our Country have failed to live faithfully before Him. Then we should plead with Him to pour out His grace (undeserved favor) upon us and our Country in Jesus Holy Name. Make it personal. Let Him know why it is so important to you and others from the heart.
Let's do it His way and see what He will do.

Absolutely will do. GOD can read Trump’s heart; the left’s opinion doesn’t matter.
And, I reminded a few people today that when Trump accepted Christ, any sting from that video/audio has already been wiped away; GOD has no memory of it.
Therefore, I do not believe the LEFT can ever overcome the fact that they are supporting a liar and a crook; and just a generally horrible person to be their candidate.
I find both candidates reprehensible, undefensable, and unbelievable, for different reasons. I’m quite certain God’s forgiveness FOR BOTH OF THEM is based on His glory, not their worthiness. I challenge everyone to pray DAILY for the next President of the United States, because I truly believe both Trump and Hillary equally need God’s grace, whichever of them happens to sit in the White House in the coming years.
I have been praying repeatedly, daily to the Lord God Almighty, for whom anythingimpossible if He wills it , to send his ange of death ,Azrael ,the Terminator of all of our fates , to visit Hillary Clinton in the night she sleep, and there to place upon her forehead his cold kiss of death. That she may never awaken , and that no man be blamed period thereby saving this greatest country on God’s Earth.
Please will that it be so Lord . Only You can do .
You are saying something I have been thinking for years now.
I’m of the belief (and I fully acknowledge that I may be wrong) that Hillary and Bill Clinton are irredeemable. I believe they are demon-possessed; him with a spirit of lust, and her with a lying spirit. I believe they may have dedicated their lives to the service of Satan in exchange for worldly power.
There is only unquenchable hell-fire and eternal torment awaiting them.

I have been thinking about this recently in wondering how to pray, and in reference to a statement by Larry Nichols saying that Bill Clinton told him that Hillary attend coven meetings. I think that hypothetically, if you are dealing with someone who is operating in this area, (witchcraft) there are some things that need to be prayed against, broken, and opposed in that realm. First, though, a person praying in this way would need to pray for protection and have those safeguards in place over their family, relationships, etc., before beginning such warfare. “Principality and powers, and spiritual wickedness in high places” is what we are opposing.
Also, I think it is especially important to pray today, before the debate.
It is now completely clear, with major GOP leaders saying they will not vote Trump, that Republicans are a third new party, led by Trump. The GOP (that is, the old establishment) is as much as in opposition as Democrats.
Yesterday, I was impressed to pray for voters. Then I "happened" upon an article that listed 10 things affecting the vote. The first is bad weather with 3.8% not voting, and almost all being leftists. Bad weather in UK helped win the Brexit vote. Our Lord may give others diverse prayer assignments as needed, but praying for voters is certainly crucial.

Yes, we must pray in such a way as to encompass all the different aspects involved in this election. We must also remember to pray that The LORD gets in all the best people from dog catcher on up.

So true, and we can also pray during the debate. The last VP debate I only got to watch about 40 minutes at the end. I had been fasting earlier that day. As I watched the debate it became apparent that Pence was drowning in a sea of interruptions. I finally had my full of it and out loud in The Spirit told Kaine to be quiet and let Pence talk. At that point he suddenly went quiet and Pence was able to get in some fantastic points. Suddenly Kaine piped up again and I told him "I told you to be quiet. Be quiet now." He then instantly went quiet again and Pence was able to win the debate. My friend across the table from me said "It doesn't do any good to talk to your computer". I told him "I'm not talking to my computer, I'm talking to Kaine in The Spirit and telling him to be quiet and it is working." And I believe that by the grace of Almighty God it did. If we Christians understood the power The LORD is willing to wield when we believe there is absolutely no stopping us.

Praising God, and THANK YOU for this post. A few months ago I was shown that heavy witchcraft was targeting the voters in all states. So I also pray for them every day as well as break the works of darkness targeting them, in Jesus' name.
