This is a 7 day rolling average poll, so Trump should bounce back early next week when his bad numbers from this weekend roll off.

Indeed, he might even see a surge in this poll due to his stellar debate performance.

I believe that this poll is honest, yes.

I do not, however, believe that this poll is ACCURATE.

Specifically, because they’re still using 2012 turnout models.

It’s good for identifying trends because of its methodology, but it doesn’t take into account the groundswell of Trump voters who have never voted before or the enthusiasm of those of us who are.

However, I don’t think it’s propaganda, as far as I can tell. Just mistaken.
