German government approves strict limits on EU migrants claiming benefits

The German government has approved a draft bill intended to dramatically reduce European Union citizens’ access to the country’s social welfare system.

Under the proposed law, EU citizens would be forbidden from drawing benefits for their first five years in Germany.

Many states had similar provisions until the Supreme Court ruled that they were unconstitutional.

Immigrants to the United States were ineligible for welfare for many years.

Now that is avoided by claiming refugee status.

My family knows a german cop...apparently he cant communicate freely ....they are prohibited .....from communicating honestly

This is EU citizens only - terrorists/refugees still get free stuff. This law is even more insane than the US laws giving illegals in-state college tuition, so that foreign criminals pay less for tuition than US citizen residents of neighboring states.
