Trump’s campaign touched the taproot of the Electorate. Most Americans cannot quite put a finger on the reason, but understand one thing: they know they have been sold to international kingmakers by both parties.>>>>>>>>>>>>

Exactly.

That’s why I do not care a wit about whatever Donald said about women 11 years ago, or whenever.

We need The Donald in office and we are fortunate to have him.

SECRETARY CLINTON: That’s a really interesting question. You know, I would like to see more successful business people run for office. I really would like to see that because I do think, you know, you don’t have to have 30 billion, but you have a certain level of freedom. And there’s that memorable phrase from a former member of the Senate: You can be maybe rented but never bought. And I think it’s important to have people with those experiences. And especially now, because many of you in this room are on the cutting edge of technology or health care or some other segment of the economy, so you are people who look over the horizon. And coming into public life and bringing that perspective as well as the success and the insulation that success gives you could really help in a lot of our political situations right now.

I think both sides have forgotten to count on actual Christianity.

Quite true, teachers of government schools were bidden not to propound religious teachings. However, those were already not full throated voicings of Christian faith and belief. They were vulnerable as any “form of religion but denying its power” would be.

We know that when kids are really dedicated to something, wild horses couldn’t drag it away from them. This is the new and better model. Teach the practical virtues of faith in the home and then, even if the kids go to public educational facilities, they will remember it and won’t need teachers to recite Psalms, etc. They’ll be doing it themselves. It should not be complicated (even if sometimes not always easy) to teach Christ to children in that way.

A word salad, but it touches on the Donald situation.

Wow! What a great article.

The Trump campaign needs to hire David Usher right away. This guy is so upbeat, and explains the Trump plan like no one I’ve seen.

“...near the turn of the 1900’s, roughly 90% of all Americans were self employed. I’m not sure what the percentage is now”

I read recently that 7% of Americans are self employed or business owners.

That stat stuck with me because I own a business.

I’m glad to see such a good article on Townhall. More people need to understand these fundamental big picture issues, and not get distracted and lost in the insignificant red herrings of the media’s creation.
