Hillary Clinton is consolidating a substantial lead over Donald Trump less than a month before Election Day, picking up support from women and swing voters as the Republican nominee navigates a roiling sex scandal, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds.

Heading into the final presidential debate in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Mrs. Clinton led Mr. Trump by 11 percentage points among likely voters, 48% to 37%, a big jump from the six-point edge she held in mid-September.

I agree this poll is BS. I will comment however that while I spend most of my time in retirement-central Phoenix Valley and central Missouri, I was recently around 300 people in Kansas City from all over the country all in their 60s. I was stunned how many Clinton voters there were and saw that a lot of it was longing for the perceived prosperity and middle of the road Democrat era of husband Bill.

They literally said that with Bill in charge of domestic issues things would be great.

What exactly are you talking about? Both Rasmussen and the LA Times poll have Trump in the lead, not “comfortably” as you say but their samples don’t seem to be skewed.

“every poll shows Hillary comfortably up. “

That is an obvious lie. Even the ABC poll has them tied within MOE.

Rasmussen, Daybreak and PPD have Trump ahead

You thought Romney would win in 2012 because Karl Rove kept predicting a Romney landslide on Fox News.

Keep running up that big lead, Democrat media, and have the lazy Democrat voters stay home, especially if God sends deliverance in the form of bad weather. Trump’s supporters will not be dissuaded or discouraged and will get to the polls come hell or high water, in spite of the Leftist propaganda that Hillary has won before Nov. 8.

Why not use 2000 ?..

Stop peddling the DNC media narrative here
Troll elsewhere .

does anyone actually believe that Trump is below 40% when about 70% of the country is pissed off at the Democrats?

Look at the results on the supream court question. They massively over sampled dems in this poll.

You are talking nonsense...No every poll does not show Hillary comfortably up.

La Times tracking poll has Trump ahead
New Wash Post poll has Hillary up 4 (4 is within the margin of error)

Just cut it out, it’s nonsense what you’re saying

Funny how the first two items are so disconnected from the rest.....

They have nothing left but to try to demoralize us because they know that Trump has some real enthusiasm for him and that Hillary's supporters are tepid at best.

Fear is an ugly thing and stinks to high heaven - hope the LSM has a lot of air fresheners in their offices.

Funny how they use “dealing with women’s issues” as their key driver in running this poll. What about, “dealing with Christian extermination?” “dealing with men’s issues?” “dealing with Isral?”

But no. Which once again means this poll is nothing more than a neocon/liberal anti Trump poll.

Why isn’t there a question on the graph saying:

“Dealing with issues of concern to men”

Election night is gonna be a night to remember. I’m gonna specifically watch NBC News. I want to see the looks on their faces as states like Pennsylvania and Ohio start falling to Trump, and they can’t understand why. I’ll bet someone on one of the networks will be in tears when Trump is announced the winner. There is no way Hillary is up 11 points unless it’s an individual state poll like California or New York!

In just now looking at some other mainstream polls, Clinton has a 4-6 point lead in most. I listen to the radio a lot during the day, and the news segments on the stations always seem to emphasize the polls showing the 9 to 11- point Clinton leads.

So my argument doesn't hold as it would pertain to polling, but candidate Clinton has made public comments about Russian hackers disrupting this election. Since she never does anything without an ulterior political motive, she has the "Russian hacking" meme to fall back on.
