Is this the 3rd video? It is only 1:44 long & does not say “Video III”. And it isn’t HUGE, like his earlier tweet alluded to. Maybe just a clip, left out of a previous video?

No - I think he’s just using it to reemphasize this dude’s involvement in the Chicago stuff so he can get his 3rd scalp. I think there’s a bigger drop III coming later today, but he likely wants to hold it till closer to the debate to limit the response time. Just guessing.

This is a teaser. I don’t think it’s meant to have a big effect, just to fill in a planned hole in the story so far or prepare for the next video. I don’t think it’s just fixing an accidental omission though; he wants to stay in the news cycle.
It seems to me that the idea is from the Project Veritas woman, not Aaron Black. Black thinks it’s a good idea and runs with it, but it wasn’t his idea. A bit of entrapment there, wouldn’t you say? I’m open to other interpretations.
A third thug fired or under fire, at his job, on debate day is good stuff. I’ll take it.
