Assuming Obama will pardon her, is there a way to overturn that?
I’ve been thinking about this a couple days... TRUMP should announce that if he wins he will give Hillary a full pardon.
This will accomplish several things...
makes Trump look like the alpha and her lesser than he
reassures fence voters that she will not be persecuted
make it look like he is putting the country ahead of politics
helps him with women voters.

Can’t be pardoned without a conviction. Ford/Nixon argument doesn’t hold up. I hope he throws Barry in with her for prosecution. (Talk about a deplorable basket!)
That may get him some voters, but it will certainly make a lot of people angry as well. The Donald is a straight shooter....this will make him look like your typical politician. Laws are for the little people, not for the mega-corrupt, like Clinton.
The best he can do is say that he will have to look at more of the facts before he decides. I think that’s what the special prosecutor? is all about.

Her pardon only covers Fed crimes. The only thing they can ever get her on is in Arkansas. No statute of limitations for murder and rape with DNA evidence.
