If the information on the link you posted is true, there is not a lot we can do to stop it at this late date. We can call or write our SoS but they are not going to listen, especially all the ones that soros bought and installed while we were focused on more important campaigns. If soros says that DT will win the popular vote, but hillary will win the EV, that is likely to be the outcome, baring God’s intervention. Pray.
