hmmmm......
Watching live feed....Couldn’t help but notice some firefighters shaking Pence’s hand. It was clear from body language they are supporters.
LaGuarda is a terrible airport. 3rd world as Trump would say. It’s a nasty rainy night here in the NY metroplolitan area. LGA has a short runway and it is not at all unusual for something like this to happen, especially if the pilot is not overly familiar with the airport.
1. dog dies
2. plan skids off runway
3. GIANT METEOR STRIKE..???
Super weird.
Breaking out the tin foil chapeau....
Was the pilot named “Kennedy”?
No the pilot was Clinton
LGA is always delayed too - they did renovate some of the food area at least. I have to hang out at the Admiral’s club all the time though due to delayed flights /sigh. I have 4 trips to new york in the next 6 weeks too. Ugh.
I grew up on Long Island, NY and flew in and out of La Guardia a number of times when I was a teenager, usually with my father.
My dad told me one time, when he was on a trip by himself, that the pilot came on the intercom before landing and told the passengers that “we’re ready to land at La Garbage.” La Garbage!
Seriously, though, that airport was built and designed for aircraft of the pre-jet area.
Mike Pence is on a mission from God
Government check = Rat Party supporter.
Far more often than not.
It HAS been raining here heavily. And, LaGuardia is a third rate airport, right on the water, so it probably has shortish runways. I was absolutely giddy to finally get home today and be able to close the door on the horrible weather.
