Nope! BUT, even with philly and pburgh voters fraud, obummer only beat mittens in 2012 by 300,000 votes.
If we switch just 150,001 we win, and no way will hildabutchbitch get the same turnout as did obummer.
I'm a PA poll watcher and in western PA, Trump is killing her.
I can't verify the city vote but since Trump keeps talking about voter fraud, hopefully the pubbie lawyers will be watching those city precincts.
Of course, none of the polling outfits include estimates of the voter fraud factors. But, that defrauded “vote” is out there too. It just means that Donald Trump needs to win big league in PA as in my state of NC and in all other states in order to overcome what we KNOW will be huge voter fraud attempts.

If you get high enthusiasm for Trump, low enthusiasm for Hillary, plus Trump cutting into the black vote in Philly, I don’t see how Hillary takes PA, I don’t care what the pundits say.
Mittens vs. Obama you had low enthusiasm for Mitt (I didn’t vote for him), plus I’m guessing record turnout of the black vote for Obama in Philly.

If PA is announced for Trump on election night, I can go to bed. He will have won a Reagan-sized landslide.
Philly will wait until all other precincts have been counted, then submit results showing just enough votes to put Hillary over the top.
Actually, they do. They take into account the 2008 and 2012 voting patterns relative to how polling went in those years, and use them to try to predict 2016. So vote fraud is already effectively factored in.
If the Dems decide that it's a lost cause, and don't spend the money needed to generate the required level of fraud, then Trump will win. There will be only two scenarios: Trump loses narrowly (with the margin being fraud) or Trump wins well beyond poll predictions (because the factored-in fraud didn't happen)
