Some emails are already known to have contained portion markings, albeit at the confidential (C) level. I'm not sure how document-level marking will change the game. Is that how the FBI is hoping to show intent?
OK. So classified stuff on Huma and Weiner’s devices. They take the rap. Hillary skates. Of course nothing happens until after the election.
It is against DoD regulations now to even have Classified AIS to copy stuff off to a thumb drive.
Even creating a CDR is burdensome.
Huma would only have 650,000 emails for two purposes.

Its illegal to send classified info to someone not authorized to receive it.

And she would have gotten away with it too if it weren’t for that meddling Putin.
It would make sense that the FBI hadn’t even looked at the content of the emails until they had the warrant. The FBI probably knew without a doubt that the emails were classified because the time and date stamps matched up identical with Hillary’s classified emails. The FBI also might find “intent” to hide or delete some of the emails that had classified info. This is the big question.

I believe that Weiner, Huma forwarded all of her and Hillary’s mail to yahoo for nefarious reasons.
We have been through the Clinton Lie Machine on scandal after scandal after scandal for thirty f___ing years.

I contracted for the military a couple of years ago. I got a security clearance. I’ll just say that I’d have already been in BIG legal trouble if I had done what Comey said months ago that Hillary had done.
This makes it a lot worse.
One of the comical parts was that Hillary was a SOURCE of lots of classified information, but didn’t mark the emails classified. So her argument is that since they were not marked classified, they were not classified.
That is ludicrous.

Prior to this, Comey could say “It was sloppy, but only people with clearance ever saw the emails”.
Now he can no longer say that. The second these classified communications are out of gubmint control...all bets are off. The FBI, CIA, etc now have no idea who may have accessed this info.
Are you referencing Catherine Herridge’s report? She mentioned “positive hits” from state.gov and Hillary’s private server, but did she specifically go further and mention classified email?

Lets all send Hillary and Huma some cloths to wipe down the laptop and iphone.
Whoever hacked 500,000 Yahoo email accounts probably has access too.
