BREAKING: DOJ Denied FBI’s Grand Jury Request Into Clinton Foundation
DC Whispers ^ | 10/31/2016 | DC Whispers

Whoa. According to CNN contributor Hugh Hewitt, (no friend of Donald Trump) the Obama Justice Department denied the FBI’s request for a grand jury pertaining to an investigation into the Clinton Foundation:

Might this be why Barack Obama was playing so nice with FBI Director James Comey today, declaring Comey wasn’t doing anything wrong in updating Congress on new evidence pertaining to the ongoing Clinton investigation despite other Democrats crying foul at that update coming so close to Election Day?

Certainly the Obama White House would have had input into the DOJ’s decision to shut down the FBI’s grand jury request, thus adding yet another significant layer of government collusion into what is already a sordid, (even by Clinton standards) mess of backroom political dealing.

The Clinton Foundation is not the same as the Email investigation. These are separate investigations. They have more than enough evidence to prove Rico in the Clinton foundation, but the number of guilty would be hundreds of people at least. So they are going to cover it up.

If democrats want someone to blame for the disrupted election, they can look towards Obama and Lynch. The Clintons should be in prison, and they could have made this happen a long time ago.

"One hopes that Trump will set up a special commission with broad remit to smoke out the whole rotten, stinking crowd of opportunists, grifters, chancers, thieves, murderers, rentseekers, fraudsters - in both parties. "

You left out a whole lot of other categories, but that's good for starters.

The DOJ is protecting Obama by protecting Clinton. His claim he learned of HRC’s private home server the same as everyone else, in.the.news. He exchanged emails with HRC on that server.

He is exposed as a CYA type, himself.

Then there is the next logical step to the thought that Obama allowed all of this, after having gone through the motions of asking HRC to divest herself from the various shake-down foundations, but instead, she turns out to be the favor-giver to foreign powers and donors tied to the Clinton Foundation.

One would think he would have assigned a team of moles into the State Department, and.... maybe he did. If so, Obama himself neglected to jerk her chain (HRC).

I fall back to the case that HRC never worked a day in her life. Her underlings ran the State Department, and HRC was *never* there. She was traveling because she is UNQUALIFIED for the job. A team of no-nothing coffee servers were left in charge, under that Patrick Kennedy guy who oversaw the State Dept.

Besides, Loretta Lynch is devoted to her employer and it “ain’t” us— it was Barka Obama. Lynch is a mule Obama, and hardly independent. She would like to be a mule to Hillary, if she can plug the dike at the FBI. ( Which she can not. )

I think Christie will likely be the AG and then this fella called Rudy ‘RICO’ Giuliani will be appointed special prosecutor to get to the bottom of the whole mess. And he’s already making lists.

“..We still, however, don’t know what crime(s) are suspected to have been committed. Or by whom...”

Sure we do.

Her intentional and deliberate use of an unsecured server, dissemination of classified documents (FBI already said so) into the open, and attempt to cover it up by destroying evidence are ALL felony criminal actions.

How 'bout "the Swamp" as a catchall term? Drain it!

But apparently the FBI director is appointed to a 10 year term and is not answerable to the AG. So she could stymie, refuse to empanel a GJ, come down very hard, but she can’t just fire him.

This is different than what I had heard prior. I had heard about Lynch stopping Comey from sending the letter to Congress about the e-mails, but this is about the Foundation itself.

Having Mills and Samuelson at Hillary’s interview with the FBI .......

*******************************************************

Did you hear about Samuelson’s laptop? I’d “bwa ha ha” except that US National Security was likely compromised.

Clinton lawyer may have exposed entire server to China
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/clinton-lawyer-may-have-exposed-entire-server-to-china/article/2605231

From link:

State Department officials have been banned from using Lenovos since 2006. In 2015, the company admitted to installing a program called “Superfish” on 43 different computer models, “specifically the models used by Heather Samuelson for reviewing classified emails,” as Goodlatte emphasized.

Samuelson sorted through the emails in 2014, before Lenovo was caught installing the malware. That timing raises the possibility that “Secretary Clinton’s emails were obtained by the Chinese government — the State Department, FBI or any other agency had redacted Top Secret and Special Access Program (SAP) information,” Goodlatte wrote. “This information is so highly classified that even congressional oversight committees were not able to review the emails.”

There are parts of DC that were a swamp, or at least low land, that were filled long ago. Build goobamint buildings on it.

Why not go via the Congress? Can they not call for a grand jury investigation?

When Nixon and Haldeman discussed using the CIA to shut down an FBI investigation (the 6/23/72 Watergate “smoking gun” tape), that was considered such blatant obstruction of justice that Nixon was forced to resign within 3 days of the tape’s release. When Obama and Lynch use the DOJ to do the same thing, crickets from the Democrat-Media Complex.
