Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik shared information about the congressional investigation of Hillary Clinton with his friend John Podesta, according to new emails revealed by WikiLeaks.
“There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails,” he flagged in an email to Podesta on May 19, 2015, with the subject line, “Heads up.”
Kadzik also updated Podesta on a FOIA case on Clinton’s emails.
“Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails,” he said.

Perhaps so. But they can smell smoke. Right now, there is so much smoke that the Juno spacecraft can image it from the orbit of Jupiter.
Probably not by itself, based on what the article says he actually did. But you can imagine situations where it might be obstruction of justice. Or if he’d leaked confidential grand jury testimony, etc.
Maybe it could be argued that he was conducting partisan activities with government resources.
Peter Kadzik stopped the grand jury, he stopped the warrant requests, he gave the immunity. Lynch keeps making him in charge of the cases. Obama appointed her. So Obama is making sure the case against Hillary never gets any teeth.
At least now we have proof through Wikileaks. But the MSM won’t pick it up.
The real question here is whether or not Obama has enough time to pardon all the crooks in DC. If he started today, could he sign enough pardons before he’s out of office? Unlikely.
The DOJ needs a top to bottom purge!

Also notice how the DOJ guy uses a gmail account to tip of podesta. He doesn’t use is work email address. Someone should give us emails from that account. That would be very good.
How come I can’t get a hit inside WIKILEAKS when I search on peterkadzik@gmail.com. I know there is at least one email with that address. But I think there are more.
Not sure this qualifies as illegal collusion. It’s just a general notice. No specifics. Yes . . . they are helping each other. So what?

When a prosecutor is actively trying to thwart his own case behind the backs of the FBI and public, I think its a big deal. There are lots of prosecutors who would at least be impartial here if not at least try to bring justice to these crimes.

The problem is much worse than that - it’s structural. How can the chief prosecutor of the land ever be considered to be impartial when it is under the executive branch, when it is appointed by the president and answers to him?
It’s a major flaw in the system.
Same with all the other federal agencies that are under the executive branch that make thousands of laws each year through regulations, thus usurping Congress power to make laws.
