THAT is good news when compared to the 90+ percent of blacks that usually vote for the Dem candidate.
It means the INFORMED situationally aware people who only use cellphones don't answer it when receiving calls from unknown numbers including from pollsters. I know I don't answer the phone unless I know who is on the other end. The very few times I do answer, it is ALWAYS someone pitching something that I have to hang up on.

The case for pessimism as to Trump’s chances is that the Clinton campaign has been hammering him and rehabilitatiing Clinton via TV ads. This has an effect.
Given... I downloaded the data from the poll as well. All of their data is based upon people answering the phone being truthful.
I don’t believe out of a 1000 people, they will all be honest to a pollster.

Just a tangential thought: I wonder to what extent the hordes of Indian (curry Indian, not tomahawk Indian) scammers that have been deluging phone lines the past several months have actually influenced the polls by making people less likely to answer their phones. I know I have been bugged by them so frequently that I don’t answer any call from any number I don’t recognize, even if it appears to be local (the scammers have figured out how to spoof local numbers).
