until the Saturday came when the city inspectors dropped by and made all of them but a “license”...

The big problem here is that everyone at the craft sale didn’t run the inspectors out on a rail....
Too many people accept the chains....
Well they need to run some legislators out on a rail too. The nannies always promise to be as benign as Mary Poppins then turn out to be as malevolent as Nurse Ratched.
