According to most polls independents break for Trump. So this is good, I guess.

I am an "Other". It just means 'undisclosed affiliation" and is usually about 30% of all Fl voters - the majority of them usually vote Rep. b/>

To see official real-time voter count in Hillsborugh county, sorted anyway you want, go to:

http://www.votehillsborough.org/

Other counties have similar links.

In pasco I was pleased the poll lady was strict about matching the signature to your I.d. Upon leaving I saw a motorized wheel chair come buzzing up the ramp with huge Trump flags on it. However coming back into my neighborhood someone had these stupid homemade H > signs all along the enterance near the polling place. Grrrr.

Pinellas County - West central - mostly Caucasian middle class. 2 church voting places on a single back street separated by a block.

I got to my place at about 0640 and was #2 in line. Had about 10-15 by 0700 and no outside line when I left at 0720. HOWEVER!!! The other polling place was JAMMED to the point of tying up traffic and full parking lot as I went by it. Very glad I was using my bicycle as cars were moving very slowly.

Why the difference I have no clue. My ballot had city elections that I think the other place did NOT but otherwise should have had most of the same selections. Weird but maybe the people voting at my place are just more retired or lazier!

Can only find links for counties with a Republican Superivsor of Elections so far. Miami-Dade, Broward, and Alachua just have voter information, no on-going tally like the ones quoted in this post.

If anyone finds a link, please let us know.

The counties with links are being transparent, but the ones without are not. It would be just like Miami-Dade, and Broward to not let anyone know anything, until late tonight, and then come out with results that look suspect.

Duval County 2012 turnout - in terms of WHO voted and what party they are registered. Not who they actually voted for:

DEM 179k
REP 166k
OTH 69k

On election day itself it was 63k/63k/31k

Hope that helps a little

Yes. Romney won Duval by 14,878 in 2012. I don’t know what the REP/DEM/INDY breakdown was in 2012.

Would like to see the gap increase significantly. But we should assume that the margin (assuming 1 REP vote = 1 Trump vote) is understated because Trump should get an edge with the unaffiliated.

These are good reports. To make them great we need to see how your area votes typically. A long line in XXX township is not useful to the folks visiting these threads to see if things are going good or going bad.

Long lines in GOP areas = Good. Short lines or no lines in Dem areas = Good. But the typical out of state reader can’t know if you don’t tell them — if you’re in a GOP area or Dem area.

Thanks!

County has slightly more registered Dems.

Which county? FL has 67 of them.

I lived in Pasco for a short time many years ago. I remember it being very “R”. Has that changed?

Point of correction: Hillsborough is not the largest county in Florida. I believe it’s Collier by land area.
