Oregon wants to secede. As a civil war outfit, they would not be very effective. As the South discovered, not having manufacturing tends to be a problem. Portland would literally have nothing but long poles cut from trees, slugs to throw, but soldiers who can run really fast in their Nikes, which they have to import from China anyway.
