IMO, a breakup along ideological lines is the best future for America.... let them starve for a while.
They would suddenly awake to the fact that the illegals and welfare masses have suddenly turned from a major asset to a horrific liability. :-)
the eastern halves of all three of those states would prefer to stay with the rest of the country.
One worry, though, is that they will vote to become part of communist China and invite their military to move in.
The problem is the enemy holds the most beautiful parts of the country. It would be better to evict them.

...Oregon and Washington could be problems...hops come from there and if there are import fees or taxes for craft breweries, beer prices would rise.
They have the best hops on the planet.
IF that kind of split should come, make it a split North to South. IF you look at the voting results-—The libs are on the west sides of the 3 states—so keep the eastern sides with the Union & let the 3 Lib sides go on their own.
The new nation can be called COW—Calif-Oregon—Wash.
No, not all of Oregon and Washington. You would be consigning a lot of good citizens east of the mountains to liberal hell.
