TRUMP FOR AMERICA, INC. US14.CAMPAIGN-ARCHIVE1.COM ^ | SENIOR WHITE HOUSE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Posted on 11/13/2016 1:31:13 PM PST by springwater13

President-elect Donald J. Trump today announced that Trump for President CEO Stephen K. Bannon will serve as Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor to the President, and Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will serve as White House Chief of Staff.

Bannon and Priebus will continue the effective leadership team they formed during the campaign, working as equal partners to transform the federal government, making it much more efficient, effective and productive. Bannon and Priebus will also work together with Vice President-elect Mike Pence to help lead the transition process in the run-up to Inauguration Day.

“I am thrilled to have my very successful team continue with me in leading our country,” said President-elect Trump. “Steve and Reince are highly qualified leaders who worked well together on our campaign and led us to a historic victory. Now I will have them both with me in the White House as we work to make America great again.”

What does this have to do with Cruz? It has to do with the selection of a RINO that can’t string together more than 2 sentences coherently. There’s much better than Pubus

The only downside is I'm really going to miss Steve Bannon on Breitbart radio.

Chill - this was a huge decision and we’ve all trusted Trump’s instincts thus far. I don’t think its helpful for anyone to come on this board and complain about it.

Priebus’ decision actually came pre-convention. Romney invited Priebus to speak to a group of rich NeverTrumpers. Priebus brought them a simple message: Trump will win this with or without you.

This was weeks before the convention.

Because Kristol, McConnell and Ryan openly advocated for Preibus, I simply don’t trust him.

I am worried by this pick and fear we have been set back.

Did you really expect Trump to choose pure outsiders? Trump needs someone on the inside, and Prebius did a great job supporting Trump.

Congratulations to Reince! This is what happens to people who get on the Trump Train when they have the chance, and who deliver results.

Ted Cruz probably forfeited a chance to be a Supreme Court justice for being too dumb to do likewise.

I hope that your fears are unwarranted, but time will tell. If Preibus proves that he isn’t the right man for the job, I have no doubt that Trump will dismiss him.

How could the Chief of Staff “fire” the Speaker of the House? Do you have any idea how government works at all?

I think Race Bannon changed his name to Mike Pence and is now VP.

Nobody wants to sit here on FR for the coming months and years with an unprecedended opportunity to put this nation back on the right track and have to read endless threads of second-guessing every decision the man makes by people who don’t have the facts and aren’t privvy to the decision-making process.

You either trust Trump and his team, or you don’t.

“Seriously .. gotta be a family relic of some sort ?”

Or a sadist type of family. Who would name a child something that sounds like rancid? Can you imagine the teasing he got growing up - but maybe that toughened him up.

A boy named Sue?

He (Newt) may be looking for the SOS role.

I disagree - Newt is too old to constantly be flying all over the world. He'll be of more value to the Trump administration at home.
