NFL star Mike Evans kneels during anthem to protest Donald Trump

Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans, who starred at Texas A&M and Galveston Ball High School, took a knee during the National Anthem before Sunday's game, but he didn't do it for the same reason as some other players in the NFL.

Evans explained after the game that he kneeled during the anthem for the first time this season because Donald Trump has been elected president.

Yum Brands is not owned by Pepsi, they did, but they spun it off in 2000...

Good call. The Lightning are the real event in Tampa anyway. They are the team that consistently fills their building and puts a good product on the ice.

football coaches should advise their players that
an unpatriotic display on the playing field will
not be allowed. this is probably why viewership
is dropping.

If that’s a thing now - insulting our flag, our parents and grandparents who died defending that flag in war, our country, and us - then the NFL is going to die a well-deserved death. Good riddance.
