We have learned from the sewage-storm directed at Bannon that the Establishment plays dirty, and that the formerly Republican #NeverTrumpers aren't just misguided ideologues, but also yellow-bellied, gutter-crawling, backstabbing, bushwhacking liars. Hell hath no fury like a self-designated elite scorned.
They hate Steve Bannon because he beat them, fair and square, on the battlefield of social media. He is the president-elect's most effective general. Trump's enemies can't reverse the results of a national election, but they can try to cut the incoming president off from his popular base.
The charges against Steve Bannon are a tissue of lies without a modicum of merit.
Anyone can search the Breitbart Media archive for posts on Israel, Jews, and related topics, as I have, and determine that Steve Bannon's hugely successful media platform is 100% pro-Israel.
Not only that: Breitbart consistently reports on the dangers of anti-Semitism around the world.
Not a single article appeared in Breitbart.com during the past two years that could not have appeared in Israel Hayom, the leading Israeli daily.

I have been impressed with Bannon since I first learned who he was a year or two ago. The more I find out about him, the more impressed I am. He certainly has all the right enemies.

If PRESIDENT TRUMP needs Bannon he’ll protect him.
I’ve never heard of him, nor do I know anything about him.
But the fact that the librat pond scum are going bat guano about him makes me want to buy him a steak dinner!
Because people don’t use the cognitive portion of their brain and believe everything said in divorce proceedings are facts without any possible ulterior motive.

And by extension everyone who supports Trump policies the left doesn’t like. I am in a bind with a friend for defending Bannon yesterday. I challenged her daughter who has a PhD in history, college professor. She posted the hit piece from Southern Poverty Law Center and I didn’t let it go. I am sad. Hopefully the truth of the lies will be clear for even her to see. But National Review had a piece that kind of did it and then went ahead and castigated Bannon anyway. “He’s not a Nazi but we still don’t like him.” kind of thing.
You're kidding, right? The lies that he is racist and anti-Semitic and a white supremacist and so forth. Those big lies. The ones that the media has been spewing for the last week.
The left is all about naked power. They’re trying to force Trump to OBEY. Smearing someone and forcing weak-kneed, spineless republicans to throw him to the wolves has worked in the past. I think it will fail, this time. Trump is many things ... spineless and weak-kneed are not on the list.
Same reason the Nazis were terrified of General Patton.
I’d have thought by now these dear Rats would have learned that Donald is impervious to this kind of crap.
One sad thing is that you will probably get over it, but your opponent in argument will forever hold a grudge. If it makes you feel any better, your opponent(s) in argument now view you as a bigot. The son of my best friend did that to me. I objected to being called a bigot, and did what I could to break contact with the son. No sense in inflaming things.
THey always tell us who they really fear, just follow the lies.
The argument isn’t that Bannon is a racist anti-Semite, but that he give a platform (and thereby give succour) to racists and anti-Semites, which empowers and expands their movement, or at lest potentially does so.
This is simply a ridiculous, untrue statement.
