Not without the Justice Department they won't. Who else would prosecute?
Trump has to rebuild FBI. It is corrupt. More of a priority than slamming an old marxist in jail. Do not want to see her 24/7 on news as being persecuted by the Trump admin. Bring the hammer down on FBI. They have much to answer for & this can be done quietly.
